Terms & Conditions

Our shop operates in English, so this English version is the operative one. A German translation is available at the AGB.

§ 1 Scope and provider

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop at robogear.ai. The provider and contracting party is LabLand GmbH, Dr.-Geiger-Weg 4, 94032 Passau, Germany ("we"). RoboGear is a brand of LabLand GmbH. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the payment button at checkout you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by an order confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods. Payment is processed by our payment provider Stripe.

Custom-designed or branded products (e.g. plates and caps configured via the customizer) are not sold directly in the shop; they are offered and invoiced separately on the basis of an enquiry and after the details have been agreed.

§ 3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added: shipping is free for orders of €199 or more; below that we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90. We ship worldwide. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply and are to be borne by you as the recipient.

§ 4 Payment

Payment is processed via the payment provider Stripe; the payment methods shown during checkout are available (e.g. credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Klarna). The purchase price is due for payment upon conclusion of the contract.

§ 5 Delivery and delivery time

Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Unless stated otherwise for the respective product, delivery is usually made within up to 14 days after conclusion of the contract; delivery times abroad may be longer accordingly. Any processing or delivery times stated on the respective product page take precedence.

§ 6 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are set out in our right of withdrawal policy. There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly personalised (§ 312g (2) no. 1 German Civil Code) — this applies to our custom-designed products.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Our products are accessories; they are manufactured by us and are compatible with the Unitree G1. We are not affiliated with, authorised or endorsed by Unitree Robotics.

§ 9 Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, and under the German Product Liability Act. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) the fulfilment of which makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely; in this case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.

§ 10 Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). (Note: the EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.)

§ 11 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer with habitual residence abroad, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected; the statutory provisions apply in place of any invalid provision.
